This rustic suite features redwood walls, vintage furnishings, and a comfortable sitting room with a sleeper sofa. The suite’s large, private bathroom features a walk-in shower with shower seat, antique sink and clawfoot tub. This suite sleeps 4 and is ADA accessible. The kitchenette includes a min-fridge, microwave, electric hot water kettle, and a French press coffee maker
The suite is part of Humboldt Bay Social Club at Samoa Field, a historic WWII airfield and blimp base. We have restored the officer's quarters into a tiny boutique hotel and the hanger into an event space. Guests of the Suite have full access to the grounds of the Social Club, including picnic tables, grills, cornhole, and the bayfront beach across the street at Oyster Beach.
